Step 1: Contact me to discuss your project. The initial consultation is always free. I'll talk with you for 30 minutes to an hour, ask questions about your project and give you some of my own ideas. Once I have a good idea what you're looking for, we'll move to

Step 2: Proposal. I'll send you a written proposal covering the services I can provide, along with a timetable and cost estimate. You can decide whether or not the proposal fits your project needs and budget. If so, next comes

Step 3: Get it done. On time. With the quality you expect.
